El abogado Jorge Petrozzi inform\u00f3 que el pedido ser\u00e1 presentado ante la Fiscal\u00eda Penal de San Borja, luego de que el caso fuera derivado a dicha instancia el pasado 22 de septiembre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El hecho ocurri\u00f3 el <strong>15 de septiembre<\/strong>, cuando una delegaci\u00f3n de estudiantes regresaba de participar en un campeonato de futsal desde Surco hacia el colegio, ubicado en San Borja. Diez escolares fueron inicialmente intervenidos por la Polic\u00eda tras la denuncia presentada por la familia del adolescente. Posteriormente, el Poder Judicial dict\u00f3 <strong>cuatro meses de internamiento preventivo para seis de los menores investigados<\/strong>, mientras que los otros cuatro fueron liberados tras cumplirse el plazo de retenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La defensa sostiene que los tres adultos presentes en el bus podr\u00edan ser investigados por una eventual <strong>omisi\u00f3n de sus deberes de protecci\u00f3n<\/strong>, al considerar que no habr\u00edan impedido los hechos denunciados. Esta situaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 ser determinada por el Ministerio P\u00fablico a partir de las diligencias y evidencias que forman parte de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Por su parte, la Marina de Guerra separ\u00f3 de sus funciones a la directora del plantel, al profesor y al entrenador mientras contin\u00faan las investigaciones. Adem\u00e1s, se establecieron medidas de protecci\u00f3n para el escolar y se vienen realizando acciones para garantizar su continuidad educativa.
